Treatment and intervention
We help adults and children with difficulties related to speech fluency, language development,
voice resonance, swallowing and feeding, receptive language and expressive language.
We believe early intervention is important for children who present with delayed speech and language development, speech sound disorders like articulation disorder, disfluency, and voice disorders, cleft lip and resonance problems.
For adults, speech and language therapy targets problems such as vocal cord pathologies, voice quality, pitch and volume, stammering and swallowing difficulties secondary to acute illnesses.
We also address the needs of people who exhibit difficulties with cognitive
functioning such as attention, memory, problem solving, selective mutism among others.
